Conference service

   Audiometer and Tympanometer service at the annual conference

Dear Attendees Nebraska School Nurse Health Conference 2012,

Special calibration and service rates are being offered for the Nebraska School Nursing Association annual meeting in Kearney. I will be at the Holiday Inn in Kearney Sunday, June 10 to receive any equipment for servicing during the afternoon and evening. You can contact me on-site via front desk or my cell phone 402.575.1077. There will be a table set up in the vendor area to receive your equipment June 11. My plan is to bring the necessary parts and components to complete the service so the equipment can be picked up at the end of the conference. Please reserve your service needs so I can be prepared. Email me at gawalstrom@cox.net with a list of your equipment and your needs. The work will be invoiced and sent to the appropriate people for payment.

Calibration Rates:

Audiometers: $50.00

Tympanometers: $60.00

Repair Labor Rate: $25.00/hr

Vision Tester Preventive Maintenance: $25.00 ea

Aneroid Sphygmomanometer Alignment: $25.00 ea

Parts are an additional charge, examples: phone cables, phone cushions, lamps/bulbs
